The small-move option can suit a few boxes, student belongings or items that one mover can handle safely. Send sizes and photos. A sofa or a heavy wardrobe can need two movers even when the journey is short.

Stair surcharge
Pickup and delivery floors are added together. The stair surcharge is calculated as a percentage of the full labour fee.

The team is selected from the item list and access conditions, rather than only the distance or number of rooms.
Standard move: two movers
The standard rate covers a two-mover team. For an apartment move, list furniture, appliances and boxes; tell us about stairs, usable lifts and the distance from the vehicle to the entrance.
International move: individual quote
For a move between countries, use the international moving guide. Confirm both full addresses, the inventory, timing and agreed services. Local hourly minimums are not a complete international price.
Calculation examples
How hours change the local price
These are arithmetic examples using the published rates, not completed customer jobs or fixed-price offers. They exclude kilometre charges, stairs, extra stops and other agreed additions. They assume the stated team is suitable and access causes no surcharge.

Work taking less than three hours still has the three-hour labour minimum. After that, each started half-hour is billed: for example, 3 hours 15 minutes means 3.5 billed hours. Chargeable distance is added at 300 HUF/km where applicable; confirm which route is being charged before booking.
Stairs and a large item are different inputs
For a move requiring manual stair carrying, the combined pickup and delivery floors determine the percentage surcharge on the labour fee. If other items fit in a usable lift but one large furniture item must go by stairs, its separate carrying charge is 2,500 HUF per item per floor. Describe access for each item so the quote can identify the applicable treatment. Lift availability alone does not prove that the furniture fits.
For packing and stair handling, read the Terms: a packed box carried manually on stairs must not exceed 20 kg. Split heavy contents into smaller boxes and disclose difficult-to-handle items in advance.

What should your written moving quote include?
Keep the inventory and access details with the quote so the agreed price has a clear scope.
The full route and inventory
For every stop, provide country, postcode, city, street and building number, plus floor and usable lift details. Add box counts, furniture dimensions, heavy items, requested packing and assembly work.
The basis for the amount
Check whether the quote is hourly or a fixed amount for the stated scope. It should identify the team, dispatch and time basis, chargeable route and agreed extras. Confirm any external costs and the total payable amount before accepting.
Confirmation and payment
Submitting a request does not confirm a booking. Agree the date, team and scope with EasyMoving. Cash or bank transfer are available under the accepted terms; card or other electronic payment needs separate confirmation. A deposit applies only when agreed in advance.
Moving price questions
Will the quote form show me a price?
No. Request a quote collects moving details without showing an automatic estimate. For your own planning, choose the separate Price calculator mode on the same page. Its estimate depends on the inputs and is not automatically a fixed-price offer.
Does a short move cost less than the minimum?
The local small-move minimum is 56,000 HUF and the standard minimum is 72,000 HUF, before kilometres and applicable extras. Both include three billed working hours and one dispatch fee; a shorter working time does not remove the minimum.
Is assembly included automatically?
No. Identify the furniture and request disassembly or assembly before booking. The agreed quote states the work and its charging basis. IKEA delivery can also be requested without assembly.
What happens if the item list or access changes?
Tell EasyMoving before the work. Additional items, a new address or undisclosed stairs may change the work. Any changed scope and additional charge need to be agreed; a general surcharge does not automatically replace an accepted fixed price for the original scope.

The local minimum
Small move: 3 × 14,000 + 14,000 = 56,000 HUF. Standard move: 3 × 18,000 + 18,000 = 72,000 HUF. Each example includes three working hours and one dispatch fee, before applicable extras.
What can change the total
Actual working time, chargeable distance, stairs, extra stops, materials and agreed services matter. The lift must fit the items. A changed inventory or access condition requires the price to be checked again.
An individual quote
The quote form collects full addresses and moving details without producing an automatic price. International moving needs a route-specific quote, rather than the Budapest hourly minimum.
